Or you can create a new folder called The Sims 2 inside EA Games and copy your Downloads folder before running the HCDU - whatever seems easier to you. If you have the UC, you'll need to go to Documents/EA Games and rename "The Sims 2 UC" to "The Sims 2" before running the HCDU and then rename it back to The Sims 2 UC (including the TM after Sims if it's there) before running the game. No problem! I'm not sure if you're currently using other mods, but, if you are, make sure you check if they're compatible! The HCDU is great for finding certain types of conflicts, but can't find all of them - most conflicts with inteen are in BHAVs or TTABs which the HCDU can detect.
These are much more bare bones and really just do what they say on the tin - basically enable teen woohoo/pregnancy - so if you're looking for something less invasive go for one of these. Other teen pregnancy mods include Jenflower's Woohoo teens, Wild Child and S2L teen woohoo. Inteen has a massive amount of features, everything ranging from teen pregnancy to miscarriage to same sex pregnancy to young adult pregnancy and fully functional college families as well as things like adult teens which allows teen sims to have adult abilities like marriage. Many modders make inteen compatible versions of their mods (or they used to) because it is (or was) such a widely used mod so you often just have to be mindful of load order rather than missing out completely.
Many people won't use inteen due to the amount of things that conflict with it, however I personally find it worth it and I use over 1000 other mods (that's just mods, excluding CC) with no issues. Inteen is probably the biggest and most well known mod - the only downside to it is that it conflicts with a lot of other mods as at the time it was created, no one knew how easy it was make teen sims capable of getting pregnant so inteen implemented this workaround where your teen is technically an adult while pregnant.
